My condolences to the Harney family, he was a great guy. Fortunately, I was able to see him at the Lacrosse Anniversary,he was happy; lost weight, moved to the shore, still spinning stories and truly enjoying life. That is what I will remember. Wish I knew he liked to fish, we would have had some great trips and he more stories. John will be missed!!

I am blessed to have had the opportunity to play lacrosse with John (fellow attackmen) at MHS. He played lacrosse with an incredible passion and enthusiasm and reckless abandon John had his own, very unique style both on the lacrosse field and off. He was THE FIRST GREAT MOUNTIE ATTACKMAN! John was truly a wonderful person! He will be missed by all those who played with him and knew him.
