Obituary of Jennifer Labus

Jennifer Labus, beloved daughter, sister, niece and friend, unexpectedly passed from this life on December 21, 2022 at the age of 54 while vacationing in Barbados. 

Jennifer grew up in Verona, New Jersey and spent many years living in New York City, Shanghai, London and Boston during her very successful career as a healthcare advertising and marketing professional.  She was a proud graduate of Boston College class of 1990.

All who knew Jennifer would say she was kind, funny and generous with her time and her light. She was an incredible renovator and decorator of homes, a wonderful chef, hostess and orchestrator of many celebrations and a loyal friend.

Jennifer is predeceased by her parents Charles F. Labus in 2017 and her mother C. Susan Labus in 2022.

Jennifer is survived by her brother, C. Matthew Labus and his wife, Jeanine Perrotta, her aunts and uncles Peter Sheridan and his wife, Ann, Janet Sheridan, Regina Murray and her husband, Tom and Diane Savillia and her husband Joseph.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 19th from 6-8pm at Moriarty Funeral Home in Montclair.  A mass will be held on Friday, January 20th at 10 am at Saint Cassian Church in Montclair.
