Our family will always remember our dear Sylvie for her valuable presence in our lives.Her wonderful sense of Trini humor from her very "sassy" mouth provided lots of laughter in our fun moments together. She had a "big" heart and would not hesitate to lend a helping hand to everyone in her life. She made the best "stir fried vegetables with shrimp" and many more.Sylvie was more like a "mother" figure to us and provided words of wisdom to help our family navigate some of life's challenges that confronted our family. Our dear Sylvie lived a full and wonderful life and will be greatly missed.

Q: What will you never forget about Sylvie?
A: She had a magical touch of putting together some quick and fabulous food that everyone enjoyed. Within minutes you could be having scrumptious fry bake with plantain, tomato or baigan choka or a tasty dhalpuri with curry. Her famous apple loaf left you always wanting more.
