I am Don's nephew up in Connecticut. My mom, Gladys Foster Janusaitis, was his big sister. I had had rectal cancer earlier this year. He was very supportive to me -- I was grateful that he had prayed for me. I was shocked to hear of his passing. All of the Foster siblings are now gone. Don was a very special guy and a good uncle. He was my sponsor for confirmation. He came up just for the practice. On the ride home to my house, I found out in conversation we had chosen the same confirmation name--Francis. It is my turn to pray for him. I am confident that he has been well received by the Good Lord. God bless you, Uncle Donald.
