Obituary of Joseph M Speidel

Joseph Speidel died on Friday, May 15, 2015, following a short illness. Mr. Speidel was born and raised in New Hampshire, where he graduated from Bishop Bradley High School in Manchester and St. Anselm College. He then attended Catholic University Law School in Washington, D.C. and practiced law in New Jersey until shortly before his death, the last thirty years in Verona. He resided in Cedar Grove for forty years and served a term on the Cedar Grove Town Council. He is survived by his wife Janice and four daughters-- Susan FitzGerald and her husband Ted, Sandra Colon and her husband Will, Tricia Newcomb and her husband Gerry, and MaryAnn Colistra and her husband James. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and his brother, William Speidel.
