Gerald T. Caprio, 72, of Verona, N.J. died Friday, October 3 at Mountainside Hospital. Born in Newark and a longtime resident of Verona, Mr. Caprio was an avid volunteer and former president of the Verona Historical Society. He is survived by his two daughters, Theresa and Cynthia and longtime companion Josephine.
