We were so very sad to learn of Bill’s sudden passing. Dennis and I send our sincere condolences to Marie and to all Marie and Bill’s children, Andrea, Billy, John and David, to their spouses as well as to all the grandchildren. Marie and Bill were a loving couple who we all would say were best friends. Bill will be missed by all those who knew him. He was faithful and generous to all of his relatives even to cousins of Marie, me being one of them! May you rest in peace, Bill. I'm so sorry for your loss, Marie. What a remarkable man he was. We always had fun with him at the 10:30 Mass on Saturday nights at Holy Angels. One of my best memories is from a Mass when Bill was coming out of the sacristy. His sweater got caught on the bell, causing it to ring every time he moved during the service. We had a good laugh that night, and we still tell that story. May Bill rest in peace in the palm of God's hands.

Bill appeared before me for 22 years and never was he unprepared. I often asked him to speak with younger attorneys and he did so willing and with a smile. On a complex occupational case, Bill always knew the case better than the other attorneys.

What an amazing person Bill was and a life well spent. We feel so lucky that we had such wonderful times together at Brookdale Park, all the wonderful stories he had to tell us and always had time to ask about our families and friends. We will miss him dearly. We are grateful we had a chance to cross paths in the park in the beginning of covid and we always look forward to seeing both Bill and Marie in the park texting each other as to our whereabouts.
