Obituary of Dehlia Sunshine

Sunshine, Dehlia Irene (nee Ciongoli) of Montclair died on August 1, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Richard; her daughters Lauren J. Sunshine and her husband Walter Corter and Randi L. Sunshine Cortese and her husband Anthony and her grandson Logan Richard Corter. Dehlia was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Ciongoli and sister of Gregory Ciongoli, Leila Kirchmer, Barbara Detoto, Margaret Cordes and the late Joseph Ciangoli and Michael Ciangoli. She was the daughter- in- law of Barbara Sunshine and Martin Sunshine. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, daughter- in- law, sister, sister- in -law, aunt and great aunt. Dehlia was a devoutly religious person whom cared for others much more than herself. She was a totally selfless individual whom had a deep love for her immediate and large extended family. She will be deeply missed by many. Funeral from the Hugh M. Moriarty Funeral Home, 76 Park Street, Montclair, on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. and then to Immaculate Conception Church where at 10:30 a.m. a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Visiting hours will be 2-4 and 7-9 on Wednesday.
