Obituary of Linda Ellen Bedikian

Linda Bedikian, on January 16, born Linda Ellen Lee, of Charles Lee and Marguerite Scott Lee,of Bloomfield, New Jersey went to eternal rest on the 16th of January, 2016. As a young woman, Linda loved cooking and foods of all types, crafting, (crocheting, doing stained glass, calligraphy, sewing clothes and costumes), traveling, the theater, and Scouting. She worked as an accountant and bookkeeper for Stauffer Chemicals, and Corbo Jewelers, Co-owner\proprietor of Jeweler’s Bench, and then at what is now Leaf, Miele, Manganelli, Fortunato & Engel till her retirement in 2008. She married Harry Bedikian in 1974 and they had two children, Karen and Edward. Ed is a computer/ support technologist at Rutgers Division of Continuing Studies. Karen cares for young children in their homes. Linda and her husband worked many years at the Jeweler’s Bench, until Harry’s retirement. Linda cared for Harry during a period of declining health for a number of years during until being widowed in 1998. Linda’s light spirit and willingness to help any in need will be missed; our world grows a little dimmer for it’s loss.
